Consensus
We govern our organization by consensus. This is a process by which we make decisions and policy together. Whether it is a meeting of the Board of Directors, a committee, or the sangha as a whole, everyone has a say and all are heard. While we don’t necessarily all agree on all the particulars, we all must agree to move forward together. If not, the status quo prevails.
